9/29/2026:  Real estate statistics from the MLS in MD indicate that showings are down -14.3% compared to the same week in 2025. Also, new purchase contracts are down -12.6%. Stubbornly, the median list price increased +.1% to $440,000. Cancelled listings showed a +44.5% increase over 2025.
